With over 15 years of hands-on EMS experience, Steven has lived the operational realities that most cybersecurity consultants only read about. He’s worked as a paramedic, understood the pressure of critical calls, and seen firsthand how technology failures impact patient care.
Simultaneously, Steven built a career in technology and cybersecurity spanning 15+ years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity from Liberty University, along with industry-leading certifications including the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) and CompTIA Security+.
This rare combination of deep EMS operational knowledge and advanced cybersecurity expertise is what makes Iron Rod Security different. Steven doesn’t need your agency to explain how a 911 call flows through CAD, why ePCR downtime during transport is dangerous, or how field crews actually use mobile devices.
